Now our products can be only delivered to the United States and Canada.  We are sorry for customers who come from other areas that cannot provide delivery services. We are developing to get closer to you.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmed.Due to the epidemic and the distance of different buyers' address, we cannot 100% guarantee the speed of delivery time as shown above. 4. Lost or Damaged Products

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reach the Post Office, if your purchase is lost or damaged by our shipping, we can provide a refund or ship new one again to you.

    Returns & Exchanges 

    Based on health considerations, once the product is used/opened, we will not accept refund/return. This is the basic criterion of the sex toy industry.

    Orders are processed automatically every hour. After our shipping partners receive the order information, it is difficult to stop the package or cancel the order. We will try our best to assist you in canceling the order, but it may not be possible to cancel, please take this into consideration when purchasing.

    We can't accept refund after the item had shipped without any problems, but you can let we help you cancel the order within 8 hrs.

    Message us on by email within 15 DAYS of receiving you order with your order # and reason you would like to exchange or refund and we will give you instructions. Do not send back your items without approving the exchange! Once the return or exchange is approved, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, customs, taxes. Please note that the item you may wish to exchange for may be out of stock or there could be wait to receive it. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
