Okay, but like, while embarassment is a real emotion that isn't inherently bad, he's way too immature for sex if he doesn't even know enough to pull out and take off the condom as soon as he has ejaculated. It doesn't have to be instantaneous, the couple can lay there and snuggle for maybe a minute, but as soon as his erection is starting to subside he definitely needs to get out of her. This is another one of those classic condom misuses that negates the entire point of the condom. He really is immature and untrustworthy. This is likely also due to poor sex education and neglectful parents, but ultimately he isn't knowledgable enough about one of the few things guys should actually know - once the dick is soft, the condom isn't going to stay!!

He was probably ashamed that he came so fast is my guess. Reassure him that you find it a compliment and tell him you find it hot to hear him cum
