To see the status of your order, please follow the tracking code link to the courier's website in the email we sent you that confirmed your order.
 
If you are a Adorime account holder and you were logged in when you placed your order, log in to your account  and the tracking code will also display in the Order History section of your account page.
 
 
 
If the parcel has not arrived 5 days after you had expected it to, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help by contacting the courier on your behalf.
