Who says you can't have it all. When this toy arrived, I was very surprised. Not only did I get a sleeve for mouth, vagina, and Anus, but the quality was out of this world. The battery lasts a long time right out of the box and charging is a breeze. You really do get 9 vibrations and suction modes. Each mode is unique and offers a wide variety of pleasure modes.
